Volume 2 includes a chapter on Norton featuring  an interview with Miriam Linna, and the book comes with a cover inset of these NOrton recordings B/W other tracks. This was published by Dutch pressing plant Record Industry, who pressed 100 copies of only the Norton recordings on one side on their high quality Nederbeatish vinyl.
